2,Thickness: From 0.02mm to 1.0mm
3,Material: Normal material is 304 stainless steel, but for photo etching, there are various material options, you can check here.
4,Opening: hole size is related with material thickness, normally the hole size should be 1.0-1.3 times of the material thickness
5,Hole shape: photo etching allows much flexiblity on hole shape, such as round, square, elongated, hexagonal, almosy any you want.
